Its a First of many visits to New York City! This multifaceted, highly developed City is AMAZING! Sightseeing was filled with spontaneity, the lights, the sounds, and of course the people-and well-labored to get all I could in. Smiling! I stayed at The Hyatt Times Square. This hotel is simply stunning! Its very modern, and the cleanliness I give high marks. I wanted to recognize some of the staff, serving as model employees. Ms Deneisha Davis, from the front desk, provided Exemplary Guest Service. I would recommend your company invest and offer progression to this young lady! She is a Gem! Angelo Daniels, T45 bartender, He also provided excellent guest service. I'm a native of South Florida, and I was freezing in your 50 degree weather! LOL! Angelo provided the warmth I needed for my tea, with a laugh to go with it! Sean and Aaron in Guest Services were incredibly accommodating, they were very helpful, and made my stay memorable. Brian, Overnight Front Desk, started with outstanding Guest Service over the phone, before I arrived. He is also very accommodating. I had a few small concerns, and I spoke with Noah Aris, Front office Manager, he assured me that he would address my concerns. He has a warm demeanor and a friendly smile!
