Stayed at this hotel on May 1st to 2nd and overall it was a great stay. I planned a night out in NYC for my partner and contacted the hotel prior to my stay to make special arrangements. I found the staff to be very responsive to my requests and they offered great suggestions. There was a small snafu with some of the arrangements, but when brought to the staffs attention, alternatives were made available that more than made up for the error.
There are a couple of areas that are showing wear in the rooms and the carpets could use a thorough refreshing, but overall everything was top notch. The staff truly are the crowning jewel that make this hotel shine. Additionally, the wi-fi is stable and super fast.
