Bianca ( i hope i got her spelling correct. I just called the hotel to verify it) helped me alot with my reservation.. I am an IHG platinum elite member. I had made it on my points for 5 days for May and than had to add 2 more days prior to my arrival dates. After i called IHG club, they messed up and booked for the same day (April) i had called instead of the next month i had asked them to. I had even told them that i need to add 2days prior to my already made reservation.. I called hotel and spoke to Bianca and she told me that the dates were wrong. She even said she will be at the hotel for another 30minutes and i can ask for her. I quickly called IHG club back and fixed the dates. Now i had 2 reservation back to back for almost a week. I wanted two beds and i knew it would be a miracle to get one as hotel was busy. Bianca helped me again here with that. Just calling the hotel and talking to someone who was helpful and understanding was amazing.. Bianca thank you for everything... Sadly i have to cancel my reservations as my vacation time didn't go through... But i still wanted Bianca to be recognized and tell everyone including her management what a treasure she is and if i ever come to New York, i will sure stop by to see her... Thank you again...
